Thursday night at 7:00 at Nancy's house we are learning how to pressure cook. She'll teach us how to cook frozen chicken in 10 minutes and a roast in 30! Simple and delicious. Shelli will be teaching us about canning. Come and learn how to preserve the bounty you're growing in your square foot garden!

I love this blog. Can anyone post the recipes from the bean night?
We will work on getting the receipies on here asap!!
Tina said the recipes she used could be found at this website: www.extension.usu.edu.duchene
The bean enchilada was great. Bonnie Peterson made the yummy bean fudge. Maybe she can post the recipe for all of us. I do know the Relief Society is making recipe books for everyone in July I think. The recipes will be included in that booklet. Great blog idea!!!
We also had a yummy echilada casserole last night at the pressure cooking class. We will have a few receipes up soon. The ward cookbook will be out in September.
I was looking up the website I mentioned earlier and had a hard time finding the information we were told about at the "Bean" class. Here is the exact location:

Have fun with your beans!
